摘    要:目的:制备奥硝唑纳米粉体,改善奥硝唑溶解性能。方法:将奥硝唑/正戊醇溶液作为极性相加入到0.1mol/L的气溶胶OT/异辛烷溶液中,形成油包水型反相微乳,奥硝唑从正戊醇与气溶胶OT形成的胶束结构中析出,得到其纳米粉体。结果:奥硝唑纳米粉体粒径〈100nm,分布均匀。溶解时间由原来粗粉的12min减少到15s,溶解度增加了65.79%。结论:微乳法制备的奥硝唑纳米粉体能改善药物的溶解性能。

Abstract:Objective: To prepare nanometer ornidazole powder in order to improve solubility of ornidazole. Methods: The ornidazole which was dissolved in 1-pentanol was added into 0.1 mol/L aerosol OT/iso-oetane solution as the water phase to form a W/O reverse microemulsion. The capability of 1-pentanol to dissolve ornidazole was reduced by the reciprocity of 1-pentanol and aerosol OT, which caused the formation of nanometer ornidazole. Results: SEM showed that the nanoparticle of ornidazole had a size less than 100 nm with a narrow dispersion. The solubility research indicated that the dissolving time was reduced from 12 min to 15 s, while its solubility was increased by 65.79%. Conclusion: The method using mieroemulsion to prepare ornidazole nanoparticle is simple, efficient and can improve the solubility of ornidazole.
