| 摘 要： | 目的:建立春根藤的质量标准。方法:对春根藤进行性状鉴别、显微鉴别、薄层鉴别,并用高效液相色谱法测定其中熊果酸的含量。结果:总结了春根藤的主要鉴别特征;熊果酸进样量在0.053～10.600μg范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999);平均回收率为101.45%,RSD=1.72%(n=9)。结论:所建标准可用于春根藤的质量控制。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE： To establish the quality standard of Alyxia sinensis .METHODS： The characteristic study, microscopic identification and TLC identification of Alyxia sinensis were performed, and the content of Ursolic acid in which was determined by HPLC.RESULTS：The chief characteristics of Alyxia sinensis have been summarized. The linear range of Ursolic acid was 0.053-10.600 μg（r = 0.999 9） with its average recovery at 101.45% （RSD = 1.72, n = 9） .CONCLUSION： The established standard can be used for the quality control of Alyxia sinensis. |
