血管内皮生长因子及其受体在食管癌研究中的进展

实体瘤的生长、浸润和转移必须有肿瘤血管的形成,而血管形成是在一系列血管生长因子的调控下实现的。血管内皮生长因子是血管生成的主要调控因子,通过与内皮细胞表面上的特异性受体结合而发挥其生物学活性,其在肿瘤的发生发展过程中起着重要的作用。现就血管内皮生长因子及其受体的生物学特性和在食管癌中的研究进展进行综述。

Progress of Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor and Its Receptor in Esophageal Carcinoma

The growth,invasion and metastasis of solid tumor relyed on the formation of tumor vessel which was achieved by the regulation of a series ofvascular growth factors.Vascular endothelial growth factor is a major regulator of angiogenesis,combining with endothelial cell specific receptor on the surface to performing its biological activity,which plays an important role in tumor occurrence and development.In this paper,the biological characteristics of vascular endothelial growth factor and its receptors,and in esophageal cancer research are reviewed.
