葛根素辅助脑活素治疗缺血性脑血管疾病

目的:观察葛根素注射液辅助脑活素注射液治疗缺血性脑血管疾病的效果.方法:治疗组42例,用20 ml脑活素加入 0.9%氯化钠注射液250 ml,静脉滴注,qd,再用400 mg葛根素加入5%葡萄糖注射液或0.9%氯化钠注射液500 ml,静脉滴注 ,qd.对照组42例,单用400 mg葛根素加入10%葡萄糖或0.9%氯化钠注射液500 ml静脉滴注,qd,两组均20 d为1疗程.结果:治疗组有效率97.61%,对照组有效率88.10%.结论:葛根素注射液与脑活素注射液联用治疗缺血性脑血管疾病效果优于单用葛根素注射液.

Puerarin plus Cerebrolysin in the Treatment of Ischemic Cerebrovascular Disease

Objective: To examine the effect of Puerarin Injection plus Cerebrolysin Injection in treating ischemic cerebrovascular disease. Method: 42 cases of the treatment group were treated by 20 ml of Cerebrolysin added into 250 ml of 0.9% Sodium Chloride Injection, which was administered IV/qd. In addition, they were given 400 mg of Puerarin Injection added into 500 ml of 0.5% Glucose Injection or 0.9% Sodium Chloride Injection, which was given IV/qd. At the same time, 42 cases of the control group were treated by 400 mg of Puerarin added into 500 ml of 10% Glucose Injection or 0.9% Sodium Chloride Injection, which was given IV/qd. The treatment of each group continued for 20 days as one therapeutic course respectively. Result: The total effective rate of the treatment group was 97.61%, while the rate of the control group was 88.10%. Conclusion: The combined application of Puerarin Injection and Cerebrolysin Injection was more effective than single Puerarin Injection applied in the treatment of ischemic cerobrovascular disease.
