高氧液灌洗治疗急性继发性弥漫性腹膜炎的疗效探讨

目的探讨高氧液作为基础溶液,进行腹腔灌洗,治疗急性继发性腹膜炎疗效及作用机制。方法将成年SD大鼠随机分为3组,建立急性继发性腹膜炎模型（CLP模型）,分别进行抗生素灌洗,抗生素＋高氧液灌洗以及非灌洗3组对照。术后分别于6、12、18h抽血,测量中性粒细胞水平以及血清TNF-α,IL-6水平,以评价腹膜炎炎症反应严重程度。结果TNF-α水平在3组间差异均有统计学意义;IL-6水平在灌洗和非灌洗组间差异有统计学意义;中性粒细胞百分比在3组间差异均无统计学意义。结论高氧液作为基础溶液在急性继发性腹膜炎腹腔灌洗治疗中有一定的治疗效果。

The curative effectiveness of hyperbaric oxygen solution-based peritoneal lavage therapy in the treatment of acute secondary peritonitis

Objective To investigate the curative effectiveness of hyperbaric oxygen solution as basic solution of peritoneal lavage therapy in the treatment of acute secondary peritonitis. Methods Adult SD rats were randomly divided into three groups： antibiotic lavage, antibiotic and hyperbaric oxygen solution lavage and control groups. Blood sample was taken at 6,12,18 h after CLP model was established. The percentage of neutrophils, TNF - α and IL -6 levels were determined to judge the peritonitis severity. Results There were significant differences in TNF - α levels among three groups. There were significant differences in IL - 6 level between lavage groups and control group. There were no significant differences in neutrophil percentage among three groups. Conchlsion Hyperbaric oxygen solution as basic solution of peritoneal lavage therapy has an obstructive curative effectiveness in the treatment of acute secondary peritonitis.
