杞黄健脑胶囊对血管性痴呆患者认知能力及中医证候的影响

目的探讨杞黄健脑胶囊治疗血管性痴呆的应用价值,并对其有效性及安全性作出评价。方法根据随机化分组双盲双模拟原则,将215例患者分为治疗组129例和对照组86例,治疗组给予杞黄健脑胶囊及常规西药,对照组常规予西药及模拟胶囊治疗。各组3个月为1个疗程,于给药前1 d和给药后3个月记录患者痴呆症等问题的评价,观察治疗前后症状改善情况等。结果治疗组认知功能总有效率为81.4%,对照组为36.0%,2组相比有显著性差异(P0.05);从中医证候积分变化(SDSVD)评分,治疗组总有效率为86.0%,对照组为39.5%,2组比较有显著性差异(P0.05)。结论杞黄健脑胶囊在认知能力及中医证候改善方面对血管性痴呆患者均有显著疗效。

Influence of Qihuangjiannao capsule on congnition and traditional Chinese medical symptom of vascular dementia

Objective It is to approach the applied value of Qihuangjiannao capsule on vascular dementia and to evaluate its effectivity and safety.Methods 215 patients were randomly divided into two groups.129 cases were in treatment group and treated with Qihuangjiannao capsule and routine remedy and the other 86 cases were in control group and treated with simulation capsule and routine remedy.The courses of treatment in the two groups were both three groups.The symptoms in the two groups were evaluated at one day before the therapy and three months after the therapy.The improved information of the symptoms in the two groups was observed before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate on congnition in treatment group was 81.4% and that in control group was 36.0% and there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The total effective rate on traditional Chinese medical symptom in treatment group was 86.0% and that in control group was 39.5% and there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Qihuangjiannao capsule has both significant curative effects on congnition and traditional Chinese medical symptom of vascular dementia patients.
