摘    要:导师制作为一种重要的教育模式,可以更好地适应当前医学教育中素质教育的要求和人才培养的目标.如果能够在住院医师规范化培训中开展导师制教育,将能更好地促进对青年住院医师的培养,让年轻医师在导师制的教学平台上,全面发展,成为医疗事业所需要的高素质人才.

Exploration of tutorial system applied in resident standardized training

Abstract:The tutorial system, as an important mode of education, can better adapt to the current quality education in medical educa- tion and training goals. If tutorial system can be applied in resident standardized training, the training of young doctors will be able to be promoted. These young doctors can get comprehensive development from the teaching platform of tutorial system.
