速度向量成像技术评价大鼠腹主动脉硬化管壁运动

摘    要:目的 应用速度向量成像(VVI)技术评价大鼠腹主动脉硬化不同时期管壁运动特征.方法 选择健康SD大鼠24只,基础喂养1周后开始高脂喂养.分别于高脂喂养前、高脂喂养第8、12周末测量大鼠腹主动脉内中膜厚度(IMT)、收缩末期血管内径(Ds),血流收缩期峰值流速(Vs)、阻力指数(RI)、搏动指数(PI);应用VVI技术检测动脉管壁的最大峰值运动速度(V_(max))、最大应变(S_(max))及最大应变率 (SR_(max)).结果 高脂喂养8周末腹主动脉内膜欠光滑或不光滑,光镜下见少量泡沫细胞,S_(max)、SR_(max)与高脂喂养前比较明显减低(P<0.05).高脂喂养12周末IMT增厚,部分可见粥样硬化斑块形成,动脉IMT、Ds、Vs、RI、PI与高脂喂养前比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);V_(max)、S_(max)、SR_(max)与高脂喂养前、高脂喂养8周末比较均明显减低(P<0.05).结论 VVI技术可定量评价大鼠动脉硬化不同时期血管壁弹性功能的改变.
