复合组织移植治疗创伤性慢性跟骨骨髓炎

目的 探讨复合组织移植治疗慢性创伤性跟骨骨髓炎.方法 1987年8月～2005年8月,应用复合组织瓣修复慢性跟骨骨髓炎或皮肤软组织缺损患者47例,男31例,女16例,年龄24岁～58岁.结果 一期消灭死腔,改善局部血运,效果满意.结论 取得良好疗效主要关键是彻底清创,合适肌皮瓣的应用和术后早期冲洗创口.

Composite Tissue Graft in Treatment of Chronic Traumatic Myelitis on the Calcaneal Bone

Objects To evaluate the application of composite tissue graft in treatment of chronic traumatic myelitis on the calcaneal bone. Methods From Aug. 1987 to Aug.2005, the distally pedicled composite tissue graft was used to repair chronic traumatic myelitis of calcaneal bone or the defects of soft tissue in 47 patients. There were 31 males and 16 females at age ranging 24 to 58 years. Results Local blood flow was improved and dead space was disappeared in one stage. The outcome was satisfactory. Conclusion In order to get satisfactory results, the key point is thorough debridement, choosing suitable musculo cutaneous flap and early irrigating wound after operation.
