| 摘 要： | 目的考察4个不同产地何首乌中蒽醌类化合物的含量。方法采用直接和酸水解后醋酸镁比色法,分别测定何首乌药材中游离蒽醌和总蒽醌的含量。结果亳州产何首乌中两种蒽醌含量最高。结论各地产的生首乌药材中蒽醌类化合物的含量有较大差异。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To determine the content of anthraquinone in Radix Polygoni multiflori from four different regions.METHODS The colorimetry using magnesium acetate as color-developing reagent was applied.The content of free and total anthraquinone were determined.RESULTS The Radix Polygoni multiflori from Bozhou was the highest in free and total anthraquinone.CONCLUSION The difference of the anthraquinone content in these samples is obvious. |
