复方枣仁安神胶囊质量控制研究

摘    要:目的建立复方枣仁安神胶囊的质量控制方法。方法采用薄层色谱法对复方枣仁安神胶囊中远志、当归、黄连和木香进行定性鉴别,采用高效液相色谱法测定当归中阿魏酸的含量。结果薄层色谱法检测远志、当归、黄连和木香具有很强的专属;阿魏酸在20.2~404.0ng范围内呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9998,平均回收率为99.12%,RSD=1.45%。结论所建立的鉴别方法专属性强,定量方法简便、准确,可用于复方枣仁安神胶囊的质量控制。

Study on Quality Control of Fufang Zaoren Anshen Capsule

Abstract:Objective To establish the quality standard of Fufang Zaoren Anshen capsule. Method Polygala radix, Angelia Sinensis, Coptis chinensis and Radix Aucklandiae in Fufang Zaoren Anshen capsule were identifiesd by TLC. The content of Ferulic acid was determined by HPLC. Results The TLC for identification was special for Polygala radix, Angelia Sinensis, Coptis chinensis and Radix Aucklandiae. Ferulic acid showed a good linear relationship in the range of 20.2~404.0 ng, r=0.999 8. The average recovery was 99.12%, and RSD was 1.45%. Conclusion The method is convenient, rapid, accurate, and suitable for the quality control of Fufang Zaoren Anshen capsule.
