| 摘 要： | 本文报告3,162例健康人的掌颏反射和Hoffmann反射的调查结果,两个反射的阳性率分别为14.8％和0.25％,同时阳性者极少,无一致性。前者阳性率高于国内资料。后者阳性率远低于国内资料。掌颏反射的阳性率男性高于女性,各年龄组间差异有非常显著意义,并随年龄增长,阳性率逐渐增高,与文献报道一致,未发现地理、城乡差异。

| Abstract: | The results of the investigation of the palm-chin reflex and Hoffmann reflex in 3162 healthy individuals are reported. The results showed that the positive rate of palm-chin reflex and Hoffmann reflex was 14.80% and 0.25%, respectively. In none of the subjects are both positive. The positive rate for palm-chin reflex is higher than those reported in Chinese literature but that for Hoffmann reflex is much lower. The positive rate for palm-chin reflex is higher in the male group and becomes increasingly high with age. No difference between geographic areas or between cities and rural areas was found. |
