乳酸左氧氟沙星联合头孢呋辛钠治疗医院获得性肺炎的临床效果

目的评价左氧氟沙星联合头孢呋辛钠治疗医院获得性肺炎的临床方法。方法静脉滴注头孢呋辛钠1.5g,2次/d,乳酸左氧氟沙星氯化钠注射液0.3g,1次/天,疗程5～14d。完成病例48例,观察治疗前后症状体征。结果治愈22例（46%）显效11（23%）进步13例（27%）无效2例（4%）总有效率96%;不良反应发生率为10.4%。结论左氧氟沙星联合头孢呋辛钠治疗医院获得性肺炎疗效确切,不良反应少,可作为医疗机构医院获得性肺炎的经验治疗。

Clinical effects of Treatment of Nosocomial Pneumonia with Lacrose Leyofloxacin and Cefuroxime Sodium

Objective Evaluate the Clinical effects of Combination of Levofloxacin and Cefuroxime so-dium to treat Nosocomial Pneumonia. Methods Cefuroxime sodium,cefuroxime sodium/ 1. 5 g,2 times/day, Levofloxacin salting injection solution 0. 3 g,1 time/day,the course of treatment is 5 ～ 14 days,completed 48 cases,record the symptoms and indications before and after the treatment. Results Cured 22 cases （ 46% ） , effective 11 cases （ 23% ） ,improved 13 cases （ 27% ） ,ineffective 2 cases （ 4% ） ,total effective rate 96% . Adverse effect rate 10. 4% . Conclusion Treatment of Nosocomial pneumonia with the combination of Levoflox-acin and Cefuroxime sodium is effective. Adverse effects happen in a few patients. This method can be used as an empirical treatment of Nosocomical Pneumonia.
