银黄注射液体内外抗流感病毒的实验研究

摘    要:目的观察银黄注射液体内外抗流感病毒作用。方法用流感病毒鼠肺适应株(FM1)鼻腔滴入感染BALB/C小鼠复制动物模型,记录小鼠存活时间,测定肺指数;用FM1感染的MDCK细胞为实验系统,观察细胞病变程度,从而了解银黄注射液抗FM1的药效。结果体外实验表明,先用药后感染病毒,银黄注射液0.11 mg.m-l1以上可抑制FM1对MDCK细胞的病理损伤,先感染FM1后用药,0.22 mg.m-l1以上可抑制FM1对MDCK细胞的病理损伤;动物实验表明,银黄注射液肌注,小剂量仅使肺指数值降低(P<0.05),大中剂量明显降低肺指数(P<0.01)及延长存活天数(P<0.05),静脉滴注小剂量仅使肺指数值降低(P<0.05),大中剂量明显降低肺指数、延长存活天数(P<0.01)。结论体外实验,银黄注射液阻断MDCK细胞感染FM1作用强于对已感染该病毒的MDCK细胞的保护作用;对FM1感染小鼠的保护作用,静脉滴注比肌注效果好,作用与病毒唑相当。

Abstract:ObjectiveTo investigate the anti-flu virus effects of Yinhuang injection in vitro and in vivo.MethodsBALB/C mite nasal cavity and MDCK cells infected by FM1 were used as experimental models to record the survival time of mice,measure the pulmonary index and observe pathological changes of MDCK cells,so to evaluate the anti-flu virusl effects of Yinhuang injection.ResultsIn vitro: the pathological changes of MDCK cells which were given drugs firstly and infected by FM1 secondly decreased on dose of 0.11 mg/ml Yinhuang injection,but the pathological changes of MDCK cells which were infected by FM1 firstly and given drugs secondly decreased on dose of 0.22 mg/ml Yinhuang injection;In vivo: the lung index decreased on small dose of Yinhuang injection by intramuscularly and intravenously(P<0.05),the lung index decreased and the survive time of mice extended obviosly on intravenous inject dose of 44,66mg/kg/d Yinhuang(P<0.01).ConclusionIn vitro,the effect of preventing FM1 infection is superior to the effect of protecting cells which have been infected by FM1.In vivo,the effect of Yinhuang by injecting intravenously is superior to that by intramuscularly,the effect of Yinhuang on a high dose is equal to that of Binduzuo.
