| 摘 要： | 目的了解湘西苗族人群支气管哮喘的诱发因素及诊疗状况。方法对2002～2005年10月在吉首大学第一附属医院呼吸内科住院的苗族支气管哮喘患者138例的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果湘西苗族人群中重度哮喘125例,占90.58%。遗传因素、气候变化、变应原的接触、吸烟是其主要致病因素,经住院治疗全部好转出院。结论湘西苗族地区气候变化快,医疗卫生条件差,是导致哮喘患者病情复杂、并发症多的主要原因。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To comprehend the cause of bronchial asthma and its diagnosis and treatment condition in Western Hunan.Methods A retrospective analysis was carried out on the basis of the clinical data from 138 Miao people suffering from bronchial asthma who were hospitalized in Respiratory Internal Medicine Department of the First Hospital Affiliated to Jishou University from January 2002 to October 2005.Results There were 125 cases of miao people with bronchial asthma in Western Hunan,accounting for 90.58%.The main causes of bronchial asthma are hereditary traits,weather changes,allergen contact and smoking.All of them got better and came out of hospital after the treatment.Conclusion Rapid climate changes and poor medical facilities in western Hunan are the main causes for the complicated condition of patient with asthma and its complications. |
