钛网成形在颌骨缺损修复中的应用

目的:观察钛网即刻修复上、下颌骨缺损的临床疗效。方法:根据X线片及CT表现在全口模型上预制钛网支架;彻底切除颌骨病灶,调整咬合关系将其固定修复缺损区,后行前臂游离皮瓣或自体髂骨松质骨移植。结果:本科治疗上颌骨缺损患者2例,下颌骨缺损患者3例,创口均一期愈合,上下颌骨形态恢复良好,颜面部对称,固定良好,咬合关系正常,张口度3.7 cm以上。结论:应用钛网修复上、下颌骨缺损方法相对简单,成功率高,是一种修复颌骨缺损较为理想的方法。

Application of shaped titanium mesh to reconstructing jaw defects

Objective： To observe the clinical outcomes of shaped titanium mesh in synchronously reconstructing maxillary and mandible defects.Methods：A full-mouth model was made to prepare the titanium mesh framework for reconstructing the jaws on CT and X-ray demonstration.After thorough resection of the lesions,the shaped titanium mesh was fixed with occlusal adjustment before grafting the free skin flap from the forearm and autogenous iliac marrow-cancellous bone.Results：The five patients with maxillary or mandible defects achieved primary healing,with excellent fixation and restoration,symmetrical facial surface,proper occlusion and mouth opening sized greater than 3.7 cm.Conclusion：The shaped titanium mesh appears simple and effective in reconstruction of the maxillary or mandible defects and is worthy of clinic use.
