| 摘 要： | 目的：建立HPLC法测定猪毛蒿药材中绿原酸的含量。方法：采用Waters Symmetry—C18柱（4．6mm0133250mm，5μm），甲醇-水-磷酸（26：74：0．1）为流动相，流速为1mL·min^-1，检测波长为327nm，柱温为25℃。结果：绿原酸浓度在2．53～25．3μg·mL^-1之间与峰面积线性关系良好．r=0．9999；平均回收率为100．30％，RSD为1．6％。结论：本法操作简便，重复性好，可用于猪毛蒿药材的质量控制。

| Abstract: | Objective： To develop a HPLC method for determination of chlorogenic acid in Artemisia scoparia by HPLC. Methods：A Waters Symmetry-Cls column（4.6mm × 250mm,5μm） was used with the mobile phase of methanol- waterphosphoric acid（26：74：0.1 ） as the mobile phase; the flow rate was 1mL·min^-1; the detection wavelength was 327nm; the column temperature was 25℃. Results： The calibration curve was linear in the range of 2.53 - 25.3μg·mL^-1 （r = 0.9999） ; the average recovery was 100.30 %, and RSD was 1.6 %. Conclusion： The method developed is simple, convenient and good repeatability. It can be applied to coritrol the quality of Artemisia scoparia. |
