摘    要:目的:建立HPLC法测定猪毛蒿药材中绿原酸的含量。方法:采用Waters Symmetry—C18柱(4.6mm0133250mm,5μm),甲醇-水-磷酸(26:74:0.1)为流动相,流速为1mL·min^-1,检测波长为327nm,柱温为25℃。结果:绿原酸浓度在2.53~25.3μg·mL^-1之间与峰面积线性关系良好.r=0.9999;平均回收率为100.30%,RSD为1.6%。结论:本法操作简便,重复性好,可用于猪毛蒿药材的质量控制。

Abstract:Objective: To develop a HPLC method for determination of chlorogenic acid in Artemisia scoparia by HPLC. Methods:A Waters Symmetry-Cls column(4.6mm × 250mm,5μm) was used with the mobile phase of methanol- waterphosphoric acid(26:74:0.1 ) as the mobile phase; the flow rate was 1mL·min^-1; the detection wavelength was 327nm; the column temperature was 25℃. Results: The calibration curve was linear in the range of 2.53 - 25.3μg·mL^-1 (r = 0.9999) ; the average recovery was 100.30 %, and RSD was 1.6 %. Conclusion: The method developed is simple, convenient and good repeatability. It can be applied to coritrol the quality of Artemisia scoparia.
