| 摘 要： | 目的研究精子形态畸形对其功能的影响。方法改良巴氏染色法行精子形态学分析,透射电镜检查了解精子超微结构。结果透射电镜检查观察到不同畸形精子的异常超微结构。结论透射电镜检查能够反映精子的形态和功能,对巴氏染色法检查精子形态结果有指导意义。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the function of human abnormal morphology sperm. Methods Modified papanicolaou staining was used for spermatozoa analyze sperm morphology,transmission electron microscope （TEM） was used to research the ultrastructure of sperm. Results By TEM ultrastructure of different abnormal morphology spermatozoa was observed. Conclusion TEM can find the relation of sperm morphology and function,to guide spermatozoa morphology analysis by modified papanicolaou staining. |
