综合指数法在妇幼保健机构绩效评估中的应用

目的了解茂名市5所妇幼保健机构2008年综合绩效情况。方法采用综合指数法对茂名市5所妇幼保健机构的医疗保健服务效率、医疗保健服务质量、社会效益、经济效益进行综合评价。结果 5所妇幼保健机构绩效情况存在差异,B妇幼保健院综合指数最高（4.81）,A妇幼保健机构的综合指数最低（3.13）。结论综合指数法较科学地反映出5所妇幼保健机构绩效情况,为妇幼保健机构建设与发展提供依据及建议。

Application of Synthetical Index Method in Performance Appraisal of Maternal and Child Healthcare Institutions

Objective To understand comprehensive performance of five maternal and child healthcare institutions in Maoming city in 2008.Methods Comprehensive appraisal was done on service efficiency,service quality,social benefit and economic benefit of medical care with synthetical index method.Results There were differences in performance appraisal of five maternal and child healthcare institutions,B,which were the maternal and child healthcare hospitals with highest synthetical index（4.81）,A,which were the maternal and child healthcare institutions with lowest synthetical index（3.13）.Conclusion Synthetical index method more scientifically reflects performance appraisal of five maternal and child healthcare institutions to provide evidences and recommendations for the construction and development of maternal and child healthcare institutions.
