永久性^125碘粒植入治疗各类癌症

目的 观察^125I籽全封闭人工放射性核素放射源永久性组织间植入治疗各类实体癌共85例的疗效。并发症及放射线防护。方法 将^125I籽放射性粒子于癌症手术中直接植入到靶组织内，共治疗各类实体癌85例，其中1例行3次手术，另2例各行2次手术，全组共行89次手术，共植入^125I籽3382粒，平均每例植入38粒。结果 ^125I籽永久性植入治疗癌症局部控制在90%以上，本组无手术死亡，并发症少，容易防护，有良好的应用前景。

Permanent~(125)I Seeds Implantation in Cancers report of 85 cases)

Objective To Observe the effect of 125I seed encapsulated in a welded titanium capsule treatment of patients With Cancers. Methods 125I seeds were inserted into the target tissue and permanent left there for brachytherapy in 85 cases of solid cancers,among them, 1 case had 3 operations, and 2 cases had 2 operations.there were 89 operations that were performed. A total of 3382 seeds implanted. With an average of 38 seeds percase. Results All cases were rehabilited shorfly affer operation, the total cancer control rate of the implanted lesion is about 90%.No radiation related complication and the wandering seed were found. Conclusions Brachytherapy by implation of 125I seeds for cancers had satisfactory outcome and little complications.Which gives surgeon the higtest probability of obtaining improved results for the treatment of local disseminated or reourrence cancers.
