| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨螺旋CT胸腹联合扫描在外伤中的临床应用价值。方法：对286例急性外伤病人进行螺旋CT胸腹联合扫描并作了回顾性分析。结果：286例中发现胸或腹部创伤175例(检出率为61．2%)，其中胸部损伤145例，腹部损伤78例，胸部和腹部均有损伤者48例。结论：在急性胸腹部创伤中运用螺旋CT胸腹联合扫描具有较高的临床意义。

| Abstract: | Objective: To assess the clinical application of combined scans by spiral CT in acute chest and abdominal trauma. Methods: 286 cases with chest and adbominal trauma underwent spiral CT scan, their CT features were analyzed retrospectively. Results: From 286 cases, 175 chest or adbominal injured cases were detected(detected rate 61.2%), include 145 cases for chest trauma, 78 cases for adbominal trauma, and 48 cases for both. Conclusion: Combined scans by spiral CT in acute chest and abdominal trauma have clinical value. |
