摘    要:目的 探讨声辐射力脉冲(ARFI)成像技术诊断大鼠肝纤维化程度的价值.方法 32只SD大鼠随机分为正常对照组(16只,普通饲料喂养及生理盐水灌胃处理)和模型组(16只,高脂饲料喂养加CCl4溶液灌胃处理).第8周及12周ARFI测定两组肝脏剪切波速度(SWV),同时分批处死大鼠取肝脏组织进行病理检查,观察两组SWV值与肝病理变化的关系.结果 病理显示模型组大鼠第8周时肝脏出现不同程度的纤维化改变,第12周时肝脏表现为肝硬化改变.两组大鼠第8周和第12周肝脏SWV值差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且随着肝纤维化程度的加重,SWV值增加.结论 ARFI能有效地诊断大鼠肝纤维化程度.

Abstract:Objective To investigate the value of acoustic radiation force impulse (ARFI) in the diagnosis of liver fibrosis for rats. Methods There were two groups involved in this study, control group, 16 rats with ordinary feed and lavage treatment of normal saline; model group, 16 rats with high fat feed and lavage treatment of carbon tetrachloride (CC14). In the 8 weeks and 12 weeks, shear ware velocity (SWV) was obtained from ARFI, at the same time, rats were killed in batches and liver was taken with pathologic examination, the relationship of SWV value and pathological changes of the liver was observed in the two groups. Results Pathological research showed that different degree of liver fibrosis appeared in the model group at 8 weeks, and cirrhosis of the liver appeared at 12 weeks. There were significant differences of the SWV value between the two groups (P〈0.05), and SWV value increased, as the degree of liver fibrosis aggravated. Conclusion ARFI can quantitatively diagnose the degree of liver fibrosis.
