儿童误服降压药急性中毒17例临床分析

目的：总结儿童误服降压药急性中毒的临床特点及治疗经验。方法：收集我院误服急性降压药中毒患儿共17例，分析其临床表现及诊治过程。结果：17例患儿均有嗜睡或烦躁、血压下降，16例心动过速，1例心动过缓，血糖升高3例，血钾下降3例，血钠下降2例，外周血白细胞升高7例。所有患儿均予以洗胃、快速大量补液、静脉药物升压，3例进行血浆置换。16例患儿治愈出院，1例死亡。结论：降压药急性中毒患儿均有意识障碍、血压下降、血容量不足表现，治疗关键是及早发现、减少毒物吸收、促进毒物排泄、保持生命体征稳定。

Clinical Analysis of 17 Children Suffering Acute Poisoning after Orally Dose of Hypertensive Drugs

Objective： To summarize clinical characteristics and treatment experience in relation to children who suffered acute poisoning after orally dose of hypertensive drugs. Methods： Seventeen children poisoning with hypertensive drugs were taken to our hospital. Their clinical situations and treatment procedures were analyzed. Results： The seventeen children all had the signs of narcolepsy or dysphoria and fall of blood pressure. Sixteen children had tachycardia and one had bradycardia. Three children were diagnosed with a high glycemic index, three with a drop of serum potassium, and three with a drop of serum sodium. There were seven children with increased white blood cell counts. The gastric lavage, rapid massive fluids and venous transfusion were all applied to the seventeen children, and two of them went through plasma exchange. Sixteen children were cured and discharged. One died.Conclusions： The seventeen cases of children poisoning with hypertensive drugs all had signs of disturbance of consciousness, fall of blood pressure and hypovolcmia. The most important things in treatment are early detection, decreasing the absorption of toxicant, promoting excretion of toxins and maintaining vital signs stable.
