利巴韦林联合热毒宁注射液治疗小儿手足口病的临床疗效观察

目的：探讨利巴韦林联合热毒宁注射液治疗小儿手足口病的临床疗效及安全性。方法：选取我院儿科住院的93例手足口病患儿，采用随机数字表法分为治疗组51例和对照组42例。对照组给予利巴韦林10mg／（kg·d）静脉滴注，治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用热毒宁注射液0．8mL／（kg·d），1次／天，静脉滴注，比较两组患儿的临床疗效及退热时间、口腔溃疡愈合时间、疱疹消退时间和不良反应发生情况。结果：治疗组总有效率为96．08％，对照组总有效率为85．71％，治疗组明显高于对照组（X^=6．497，P〈0．05）；治疗组退热时间、口腔溃疡愈合时间、疱疹消退时间均明显短于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P均〈0．05）；治疗组有1例患儿输液后出现皮疹，停药后消失，对照组未发现明显不良反应（P〉0．05）。结论：利巴韦林联合热毒宁注射液治疗小儿手足口病能显著提高临床疗效，缩短治疗时间，不良反应较少，值得临床推广应用。

Observation of Clinical Efficacy and Safety of Ribavirin Combined with Reduning Injection on Children with Hand-Foot-Mouth Disease

Objective： To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of ribavirin combined with Reduning injection on children with hand-foot-mouth disease. Methods： Ninety-three cases of children with hand-foot-mouth disease in our hospital were randomly divided into a treatment group （51 cases） and a control group （42 cases）. Both groups received ribavirin injection. The treatment group was given drip of Reduning injection additionally. The time to defervesce and oral ulcer healing, the disappearance time of herpes, and incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results： The total efficiency of the treatment group was 96.08% , while it was 85.71% in the control group; it was significantly higher than that of the control group （X^2 =6. 497, P〈0.05）. The time to defervesce and oral ulcer healing, and the disappearance time of herpes in the treatment group were significantly less than those in the control group; the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. One case in the treatment group had rash after transfusion. It was disappeared after stopping drugs. There was no obvious adverse reactions found in the control group during treatment （P〉0.05）. Conclusions： Ribavirin combined with Reduning injection in the treatment of hand foot and mouth disease in children can significantly improve the clinical efficacy, shorten treatment course. It is safe and worthy of clinical application.
