| 摘 要： | 目的探讨肝硬化患者中血清胆汁酸(TBA)测定的临床意义。方法收集74例肝硬化患者的肝功能资料,比较TBA与其他常规肝功能指标的敏感性差异。结果肝硬化组的血清TBA显著高于健康对照组(P<0.01),其水平为健康对照组的7.1倍;异常率为75%,显著高于丙氨酸转氨酶、天冬氨酸转氨酶、γ-谷氨酰转肽酶和碱性磷酸酶(P<0.01)。且在不同Child-pugh分级肝硬化患者中,肝功能分级越差,其血清TBA水平越高,提示血清TBA水平与肝细胞损伤的程度呈正相关。结论TBA是反映肝硬化患者肝细胞损害的敏感指标之一,对预测及判断肝硬化预后及病情的严重程度有重要意义。
