| 摘 要： | 本文报告23例急性出血坏死性胰腺炎,采用以早期手术,良好引流,腹腔冲洗和抑制胰腺分泌药物为主的治疗方法,治愈18例,治愈率78.3％,明显高于文献报告.本文介绍我院的诊治方法,对如何降低死亡率提出讨论.

| Abstract: | This paper reported 23 cases of acute hemorrhagic necrotic pancreatitis, which were treated by early operative intervention including surgical drainage and peritoneal lavage, combined with medical therapy to inhibit pancreatic secretion. The result showed that 18 cases were cured with cure rate of 78.3%,which is higher than reports in the literature. The methods of early diagnosis and early operation of acute hemorrhagic necrotic pancreatitis were introduced. The problem of how to reduce mortality rate was discussed. |
