| 摘 要： | 目的 了解重庆市中梁山社区35岁以上居民慢性病现状,探讨其防治对策.方法 采用现况调查方法,通过系统随机抽样结合问卷调查,收集和分析社区居民慢性病患病情况及其影响因素.结果 社区35岁以上居民慢性病总体患病率为28.01%,按疾病顺位前4位分别为高血压(12.17%)、冠心病(4.05%)、糖尿病(3.93%)、血脂异常(1.94%);不同文化程度、不同职业居民患病率差异均有统计学意义,吸烟、饮酒、每日钠盐摄入量大于或等于6g、缺乏锻炼、体重超标、阳性家族史是慢性病的危险因素.结论 高血压、冠心病、糖尿病、血脂异常是该社区居民的主要慢性病.应加强慢性病的健康教育与健康促进,倡导科学的生活方式.

| Abstract: | Objective To analysis the status quo of chronic disease in the Zhong-liangshan community in Chongqing,approach its prevention and cure strategy.Methods By prevalence study,questionnaires were used to collect and analyze the chronic disease information and its risk factor by systematic sampling.Results The overall prevalence of chronic disease was 28.01%.Hypertension(12.17%),coronary heart disease(4.05%),diabetes mellitus(3.93%)and hyperlipemia(1.94%)were ranking in the first four places among the total.The ... |
