| 摘 要： | 目的]观察通腹汤对腹部手术后胃肠道功能恢复的影响。方法]对30例腹部手术术后患者(治疗组)服用通腹汤后胃肠功能恢复状况进行观察,并随机同期选取30例同等条件患者(对照组)进行观察。结果]两组患者术后肠鸣音恢复、肛门排气时间、腹胀发生率等比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01、P<0.05)。结论]服用通腹汤患者肠道恢复情况较未服用者优且快。
