西酞普兰合并心理干预治疗卒中后抑郁90例临床观察

目的：探讨西酞普兰合并心理干预治疗脑卒中后抑郁的临床疗效。方法：将本院住院的脑卒中后抑郁患者60例随机分成A、B两组；C组30例为神经内科经本院医师会诊确诊为卒中后抑郁但未接受正规抗抑郁治疗的患者。三组患者分别接受西酞普兰（A组）、西酞普兰联合心理干预（B组）和单用脑血管药物治疗（C组）。采用中国卒中量表、BI指数、汉密尔顿抑郁量表及简明智能状态量表评估疗效。结果：A组及B组各项评分与C组比较存在明显差异，具有统计学意义。结论：西酞普兰治疗卒中后抑郁有较满意的疗效，且西酞普兰合并心理干预治疗卒中后抑郁，更有助于改善病人的精神状态，缩短疗程，提高生活质量。

Study on citalopram combining with psychiatherapy in the treatment of 90 patients with post- stroke depression

OBJECT To assess efficacy of citalopram combining with psychiatherapy in the treatment of post-stroke depression.METHODES 60 patients were enrolled randomly for two groups(A,B),and 30 patients treated by neurologists were consulted by psychiatrist with post-stroke depression diagnosis as blank control group.The patients in group A were only given citalopram,the patients in group B were given citalopram combining with psychiatherapy,The patients in group C were given cerebrovascular drugs.The Chinese stroke scale,Barthel Index,Hamilton Rating Scale for Depression,and Mini-metal state Examination were chosen to assess efficacy.RESULTS There were significant differences between group A,B and group C,while group A and group B were similar.CONCLUSION citalopram shows a satisfactory effect in treating the post-stroke depression,and citalopram combines with psychiatherapy better than the drug.This combining therapy could improve their mood,short the period being in hospital,perfect the patients' life.
