工厂控烟和体育锻炼干预效果观察

目的制定工厂控烟和体育锻炼等策略,实施综合干预,改善人群健康。方法采用现况调查、问卷调查、访谈、行为干预等方法,建立工厂健康政策,改善健康环境,对工厂人群进行整群干预并观察干预效果。结果通过对工厂开展干预,工厂领导对职工健康与工厂发展的重视程度增加,在工厂内完善了3项健康政策,建立了11项健康政策,人群吸烟率从39.72%降低为37.14%,经常参加体育锻炼的人数比干预前增加了198.65%。经过X2检验,差异有显著性。结论完善健康政策和实施综合干预是改善人群不健康行为的有效办法。

Observation on Intervention Results of Smoking Control and Physical Exercises in Factories

Objective This research was intended to help establish smoking control and physical exercise strategies and implement comprehensive interventions in factories so as to improve people's health level. Methods Investigation of current status, questionnaire inquiry, interview and behavioral intervention were adopted to assist in instituting health policies in factories and ameliorating healthy environment, and in addition, cluster intervention for people was used to explore its efficacy. Results Through intervention, leaders in factories have attached more emphasis to the health of staff and development of factories. 3 health policies were perfected in addition to 11 new ones established. Furthermore, the smoking rate of people decreased from 37.91% to 37.14% and the number of people who were engaged in physical exercises increased 198.65% after intervention. Significant difference was obtained by X 2 test. Conclusion Perfecting health policies and executing comprehensive interventions are effective ways to correct unhealthy behaviors among people.
