| 摘 要： | 目的了解残疾人全面康复的需求和服务现状。方法通过全国发行的月刊杂志《中国残疾人》刊登调查问卷，问卷通过邮寄方式收集并进行统计分析。结果残疾人在康复、教育、就业、无障碍环境改造等各方面全面需求迫切，服务能力不足。结论残疾人全面康复需求迫切，应尽快建立和完善康复保障体系和康复服务体系，不断提高康复服务质量。
