摘    要:为探讨功能锻炼在颈椎病康复过程中的价值,选择142例神经根型颈椎病患者随机分为观察组和对照组。行牵引推拿治疗后观察组78例配合功能锻炼并辅以理疗;对照组64例仅辅以理疗。结果显示,观察组较对照组治愈率高(P<0.05),疗程短(P<0.01)。随访1年,治愈者复发率观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。表明功能锻炼对于颈椎病的康复作用肯定,具有较高的应用价值。分析了颈椎内源性和外源性稳定因素间的关系;讨论认为功能锻炼对提高疗效、缩短疗程、预防复发有积极作用。

Abstract:In order to study the value of functional exercises in the rehabilitation of cervical spondylosis, 142 cases of nerve-root cervical spondylosis were se lected and randomly divided into the observed and control groups. After traction and massage treatment, 70 cases of the observed group made functional exercises and received adjuvant physical therapy; while 64 cases of the control received adjuvant physical therapy alone. The results showed a higher curative rate (p<0. 05), shorter courses of treatment (p<0. 01), and better tesults of the former than those of the latter. The follow-up of one year showed that the recurrent rate of cured cases in the former was significantly lower than that in the latter (P<0.05), showing a high application value of functional exercises in cervical spondylosis rehabilitation. The relationship between the endogenic and exogenic stabilizing factors of rervacal vertebrae is analysed . and the active functions of functional exercises to improve the results,shorten the courses of treatment and prevent the recurrence are discussed in the paper.
