颈椎病推拿治疗前后的血液流变学变化

采用中医推拿手法治疗颈椎病３１例，分别于治疗前后测定了血液流变的变化情况。结果发现，随着患者临床症状、体征的消失或减轻，其全血粘度、血液浓度和血细胞聚集性均有明显改善（Ｐ＜０．００１或Ｐ＜０．０５）。提示在颈椎椎间盘退变、椎间失稳和骨赘增生的病理改变基础上，局部血液瘀滞，血液高粘滞状态（类似中医血瘀证）是颈椎病发病机理中不容忽略的重要因素。推拿手法具有活血散瘀，消炎止痛的作用，可通过改善患者血液高粘滞状态，达到治疗颈椎病的目的。

Blood-reological changes before and after massage treatment of cervical spondylosis

Thirty-one cases of cervical spondylosis were treated by massage manipulations, and the blood-reological changes of the cases before and after treatment were measured. The results showed that as the symptoms and signs of the patients disappeared or improved, the viscosity, concentration and aggtegation of the whole blood were significantly improved ip (p<0. 001 or P<0. 05). It was suggested that on the basis of the pathological changes of cervical vertebrae, such as the degenetation and instability of cervical intervertebral dises and the proliferation of osteophyte, the local blood stasis and high blood viscosity may be important factors in the cervical spondylosis pathogenesis, which should not be overlooked.Massage manipulations function to activate blood circulation, eliminate blood stasis, relieve inflammation, stop pains and improve high blood viscosity of the patient. Therefore, the therapeutic purpose can be achieved by massotherapy.
