| 摘 要： | 目的探讨胃多原发癌的临床病理特征,探讨其合理的诊治方案。方法回顾性分析经病理证实的37例胃多原发癌的临床病理特征及其诊治情况,并结合文献进行分析和探讨。结果37例胃多原发恶性癌占同期收治原发胃恶性肿瘤的0.87%,其中同时多原发胃恶性肿瘤21例,异时多原发胃恶性肿瘤16例。癌灶部位以胃窦和贲门为多,病理类型以高或中分化腺癌多见。同时性胃多原发癌和异时性胃多原发癌的5年生存率分别为42.8%和52.9%。结论提高对多原发胃恶性肿瘤的诊断率主要依靠术前全面检查,术中仔细探查及术后的密切随访。早期诊断胃多原发癌并积极的手术治疗,可以提高生存率。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinicopathological features and reasonable diagnostic and therapeutic strategy of gastric multiple primary carcinoma(GMPC).Methods All the patients were confirmed by pathology and had complete clinical data. The clinic pathological features and treatment of GMPC in 37 cases were analyzed retrospectively.
