| 摘 要： | 目的探讨慢性前列腺炎(CP)患者前列腺液中细菌及支原体感染情况,并进行耐药性监测。方法收集CP患者前列腺液标本进行细菌和支原体的培养、鉴定和药物敏感试验,对结果进行统计学分析。结果1,870例患者的前列腺液标本中,培养出革兰阳性球菌1,178株、革兰阴性杆菌112株、支原体954株;革兰阳性球菌以金黄色葡萄球菌为主,万古霉素对其有效;革兰阴性杆菌以大肠埃希菌为主,头孢曲松对其有效;支原体对克拉霉素、罗红霉素敏感,对其他抗菌药物表现出不同程度的耐药。结论金黄色葡萄球菌、表皮葡萄球菌、大肠埃希菌等细菌以及解脲支原体、人型支原体是CP的主要病原体,对抗菌药物呈现不同程度耐药,故对CP应在药敏试验指导下选用敏感性抗菌药物治疗。
