| 摘 要： | 目的：观察电针治疗良性前列腺增生的疗效。方法：将60例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例，治疗组采用电针治疗，对照组采用西药治疗。结果：电针组治愈率及好转率与西药组相比较，无显著性差异（P＞0．05）。电针组治疗前后IPSS及QOL的差异有非常显著的意义（P＜0．01）。结论：电针疗法能缓解前列腺增生的临床症状，提高患者生活质量。

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe therapeutic effect of electroacupuncture on benign hyperplasia of prostate.Methods:Sixty cases were randomly assigned to the treatment group(30 cases)treated with electroacupuncture,and the control group(30 cases)treated with medication.International prostate symptoms scale(IPSS) and life quality rating indices(QOL)before and after treatment were recorded.Results:There was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group in the therapeutic effect(P>0.05),but there was significant difference in IPSS and QOL before and after treatment with electroacupunture.Conclusion:Electroacupuncture can relieve clinical symptoms and increase life quality in the benign hyperplasia of prostate. |
