幽门螺杆菌对十二指肠球部溃疡患者生长抑素的影响

应用放免法测定２３例十二指肠球部溃疡（其中Ｈｐ阳性１７例，Ｈｐ阴性６例）患者血浆及胃窦组织生长抑素（ＳＳ）含量，９例Ｈｐ阴性的浅表性胃炎为对照组。结果：３组血浆ＳＳ含量无明显差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）；十二指肠球部溃疡Ｈｐ阳性组和Ｈｐ阴性组胃窦组织ＳＳ分别为７．０５±１．６７ｐｇ／ｍｇ湿重和８．５３±３．２ｐｇ／ｍｇ湿重，与对照组（１４．５５±１．８ｐｇ／ｍｇ湿重）相比有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．００２，Ｐ＜０．０５），但十二指肠球部溃疡Ｈｐ阳性组与Ｈｐ阴性组相比无明显差异。提示胃窦生长抑素降低与十二指肠球部溃疡胃酸分泌异常有关，而Ｈｐ似与之无关联。

The Effect of Helicobacter Pylori on Somatostatin Level in Serumand Gastric Mucosa in Patients with Duodenal Ulcer

To evaluate the effect of Helicobacter pylori (Hp) on serum and gastric mucosal somatostatin levels in patients with Hp associated duodenal ulcer.Serum and gastric antral mucosal somatostatin levels were measured by radio-immunoassay (RIA) in 9 patients with Hp negative chronic superficial gastritis served as controls and in 23 patients with duodenal ulcer (17 Hp positive and 6 Hp negative).Results:There was no difference in serum somatostatin levels among the controls,the patients with Hp positive duodenal ulcer and Hp negative duodenal ulcer (9.621.9ng/L,13.622.2ng/L and 9.552.9ng/L,respectively,WTBXP<0.05) .With regard to antral mucosal somatostatin level,it was significantly decreased in patients with Hp positive duodenal ulcer and Hp negative duodenal ulcer as compared to the controls (7.051.67pg/mg,8.533.2pg/mg,and 14.551.8pg/mg,respectively, P<0.002,P<0.05), no difference was found between Hp positive and Hp negative duodenal ulcer.Conclusions:The decreased somatostatin level in gastric antral mucosa in patients with duodenal ulcer might be related to abnormality of gastric acid secretion,it seems unlikely to be related to Hp infection.
