| 摘 要： | 本文从拮抗吗啡类镇痛、成瘾、制动、抑制呼吸、致死等方面比较纳洛酮与TRH的区别。结果证实TRH与纳洛酮不同,它对吗啡类上述作用没有拮抗作用。故用于创伤性休克的治疗,TRH比纳洛酮更合适。

| Abstract: | Thyrotropin releasing hormone (TRH) and naloxone were compared in their antagonism to the effects of analgesia,addicton-induction,movement restatraining,respiration depression,LD50:etc of morphine.It was found that TRH was entirely different from naloxone in that it was not antagonistic at all to the morphine effects mentioned above.So TRH would be a better choice than naloxone in the treatment of traumatic shock. |
