| 摘 要： | 目的为健美类化妆品的功效进行标准化的评价，探索皮下脂肪厚度的测量方法。方法作者利用５ＭＨｚ超声波，重复测量了３０例志愿者的腹部皮下脂肪厚度，并对重复性进行分析。结果超声波测量腹部皮下脂肪厚度的信度（精确度）、效度（准确度）、相应度（变应度）均较好。结论日内变异和日间变异均不超过１０％，可在实践中应用。

| Abstract: | Objective In order to study the measurement methodology of the subcutanous fatty thickness. Methods We meased the abdominl subcutanous fatty thick (30 case ,4 point,every point 9 times) by 5 MHz urltrosonic wave and analysised the reappearance by paired ttest and analysis of variance and the distribution of coefficient of variance. Results This method is better in reliablility , validity, responsibility to change. Conclusion The result suggested that we can measure the subcutanous fatty thick by this method. |
