中药坐浴治疗肛周湿疹临床观察

目的观察中药坐浴治疗肛周湿疹的临床疗效。方法将80例肛周湿疹的患者随机分成治疗组(40例)和对照组(40例),治疗组根据辨证分型分别选用清热利湿药物和益气养血、活血祛风药物坐浴,每日两次;对照组选用派瑞松乳膏外涂患部,每日两次。治疗3周后比较两组临床症状积分和主要症状情况,评价临床综合疗效。结果两组在治疗前后SCORAD评分、瘙痒程度、皮损面积、皮损形态方面,各项积分变化差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组比较,瘙痒影响程度改善方面治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组皮损改善程度优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组痊愈率和显效率为32.5%和42.5%,对照组痊愈率和显效率为10.0%和17.5%,两组患者临床疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药坐浴治疗肛周湿疹较派瑞松乳膏疗效显著,能有效改善瘙痒症状及皮损表现,疗效可靠。

Clinical observation of Chinese Herbal Fumigation-Demibain Therapy in The Treatment with Crissum Eczema

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Chinese herbal fumigation-demibain therapy in the treatment on crissum eczema. Methods 80 cases were randomly divided into the treatment group （40 cases,treated by Chinese herbal fumigation-demibain therapy under the guidance of TCM theory, twice a day for 3 weeks） and the control group （40cases, treated by pevisone paste, twice a day for 3 weeks）. The therapeutic effect was evaluated through observing the clinical symptom scores and the main symptom. Results Comparing with in- group, both groups were significantly effective in scoring crissum eczema, skin lesions, sleep quality and pruritus after 3 weeks treatment （P 〈0.05）. Compared two groups of course, there was significant difference between 2groups （P 〈 0.05 ）. The treatment group could significantly improve skin lesions. The cure rate and efficiency rate of the treatment group were 32.5% and 42.5%. The cure rate and efficiency rate of the control group were 10.0% and 17.5%. The difference in the clinical effect between groups was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Chinese herbal fumigation-demibain therapy was an effective way in treating crissum eczema, it could relieve skin lessons and pruritus and was worth being promoted.
