加取命门、肓俞穴治疗慢性腰椎间盘突出症临床观察

目的观察命门穴、肓俞穴在治疗慢性腰椎间盘突出中的临床疗效。方法将72例患者随机分为治疗组（36例）与对照组（36例），对照组采用传统配穴方法治疗。治疗组与对照组唯一不同的是在其基础上加取命门穴、肓俞穴治疗。三个疗程后对症状的改善情况进行对照观察。结果治疗组总有效率为97．2％，对照组为77．8％。经统计学处理，两组有效率比较有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。结论加取命门、肓俞穴治疗慢性腰椎间盘突出症具有良好的临床效果。

Clinical Observations on the treatment of Chronic LDH with Increased Acupuncture Points Mingmen and Huangshu

Objective To observe the clinical curative effects of Mingmen and Huangshu point in the treatment of chronic prolapse of lumbar disc herniation. Methods 72 cases were randomly divided into the treatment group （36 cases） and the control group （36 cases）. The control group were adopted the traditional method of treatment with acupuncture. And based on this, acupuncture of Mingmen and Huangshu point in the treatment group which was the only difference between 2groups. Symptoms would be compared after three courses of treatment. Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 100% and was 91.7% in control group. Statistically, the 2groups had significant difference （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion There were good clinical effects on adding Mingmen and Huangshu point for treatment of chronic prolapse of lumbar disc herniation.
