滋补肝肾法治疗糖尿病肾病35例

目的观察六味地黄丸治疗糖尿病肾病的临床疗效。方法将65例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。两组给予相同的糖尿病常规治疗，治疗组加用六味地黄丸治疗，疗程2个月。观察两组治疗前后血糖、尿白蛋白排泄率（UAER）、24h尿蛋白定量及总有效率等指标的改善。结果治疗后两组空腹及餐后2h血糖均较同组治疗前降低，差别有显著性（P〈0．05），两组间比较治疗组改善幅度优于对照组，差别有显著性（P〈0．05）。治疗后治疗组UAER和24h尿蛋白定量较治疗前降低，差别有显著性（P〈0．05），两组间比较，治疗组改善幅度优于对照组，差别有显著性（P〈0．05）。治疗后总有效率治疗组优于对照组，差别有显著性（P〈0．05）。结论滋补肝肾法结合常规治疗对糖尿病肾病的临床疗效优干单纯常规治疗。

Curative Observation on 35 Cases of Diabetic Nephropathy in Treatment with Nourishing Liver-Kidney

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Liuwei Dihuang Pills on diabetic nephropathy. Methods 65 cases were randomly divided into treatment and control groups which were given same diabetes routine treatment, while treatment group was given additional Liuwei Dihuang Pills for 2 months. Items of blood sugar, urine albumin excretion rate （UAER） , 24h urine protein quantitative, and total effective rate were observed before and after treatment. Results Fasting and postprandial 2h blood sugar were decreased in both groups after treatment, with significant difference （P 〈 0.05） , the decrease of the treatment group was with significant difference compared with control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. After treatment, the UAER and 24b urine protein quantitative of treatment group were significantly decrease than before （P 〈 0.05 ） , and with significant difference on those of control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Compared with control group, total effective rate in treatment group is better and with significant difference （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The clinical effect of nourishing liver-kidney combined with routine treatment for diabetic nephropathy was better than the simple routine treatment.
