开放性眼外伤87例临床分析

目的分析开放性眼外伤的特点。方法对住院治疗的87例（88眼）开放性眼外伤资料进行分析，探讨开放性眼外伤致病原因、临床特点及视力预后。结果87例（88眼）开放性眼外伤中，男性明显多于女性（达14．4：1）；平均年龄（40．45±4．06）岁。右眼：左眼=1．2：1。开放性眼外伤以眼球穿孔伤最多，计54例（54眼，占60．07％），其他依次为眼球破裂、眼内异物。所有患者中未发现眼球贯通伤。开放性眼外伤并发症以外伤性白内障、眼内容物嵌顿或脱出、瞳孔变形、前房积血、眼内异物及晶状体脱位较常见。最终行眼球摘除者3眼（3．41％）。结论工作意外是开放性眼外伤主要原因，一旦发生则致盲率较高，应当加强工人眼外伤防护知识的普及，降低眼外伤致盲率。

The clinical analysis of 87 cases of open globe injury

Objective To analyse the clinical features of open ocular injury. Methods The data of 88 eyes of 87 cases with ocular trauma were collected and the factors were analyzed included gender, age, causes, complications, visual acuity before and after treatment. Results Most of the open globe injuries pa- tients were young adults ,average age（40.45 ：t：4.06） years. The ratio of male to female was 14.4： 1. Among them,55.17% were injuried in right eye,44.83% were in left eye,the ratio was 1.2： 1. The most common complications were traumatic cataract, pupil deformation, hyphema,intraocular foreign body and lens disloca- tion. Three eyes resulted in enucleation. The rate of blindness was 3.41%. Conclusion Accident in work- ing is the main cause of open globe injury. It is very important to strengthen work protection to decrease the rate of eye trauma.
