十二指肠肿瘤65例临床分析

目的:总结十二指肠肿瘤的临床特点,探析十二指肠肿瘤的诊治方法。方法:回顾性分析我院2009²013年间收治的65例十二指肠肿瘤患者的临床资料。结果:十二指肠肿瘤最常见的临床表现为上腹痛或上腹部不适、黄疸、呕血或黑便、呕吐、发热。内镜检查是诊断十二指肠肿瘤的主要手段,联合影像学检查可提高诊断阳性率。手术是十二指肠肿瘤最有效的治疗方法。结论:十二指肠肿瘤临床症状缺乏特异性,联合检查可提高诊断阳性率,外科手术及内镜下治疗是十二指肠肿瘤的主要治疗方式。

Clinical analysis of duodenal tumor in 65 cases

Objective： To summarize the clinical properties of duodenal cancer for accurate diagnosis and treatment of this disease. Methods： The clinical data were retrospectively analyzed in 65 cases of duodenal cancer undergone diagnosis and treatment in our hospital between 2009 and 2013. Results： The commonest clinical manifestations of duodenal neoplasm were associated with upper abdominal pain or discomfort,jaundice,hematemesis or melena,vomiting and fever. Although endoscopy was the most important technique to the diagnosis of this tumor,yet combined use of imaging examination helped to differentiate the false positive rate. The treatment option for this cancer relied most on surgery. Conclusion： Specific clinical symptoms are often absent for duodenal tumor. Combined use of conventional endoscopy with imaging technique can improve the final diagnosis. Surgical procedure and endoscopic management may be the primary approaches to treatment for tumors of the duodenum.
