活血宣痹汤治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床体会

目的：探讨冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病（冠心病）心绞痛采用活血宣痹汤治疗的临床疗效。方法选取84例接受治疗的冠心病心绞痛患者作为本次的观察对象，以治疗方式的不同将患者分为观察组和对照组，每组42例，两组患者均行常规西药治疗，观察组患者则在此基础上加行活血宣痹汤治疗，比较两组患者的治疗总有效率。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率为90.5%，对照组患者的治疗总有效率为73.8%，两组患者比较差异有明显统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论对于冠心病心绞痛患者，在常规西药治疗的基础上给予活血宣痹汤治疗可有效的提高治疗效果。

Clinical experience in treatment of coronary heart disease and angina pectoris using Impediment-Diffusing Decoction

Objective To discuss the clinical effect of impediment-diffusing decoction in the treatment of heart disease of coronary artery atherosclerosis（coronary heart disease） and angina pectoris. Methods 84 patients with the coronary heart disease and angina pectoris who were treated in this hospital were chosenas the observation subjects.They were divided into the observation group and control one according to the treatment method, with 42 cases in each group. Patients intwo groups all received the routine western medicine, while patients in the observation group received the treatment of impediment-diffusing decoction additionally.The total effective rate of two groups was compared. Results The total effective rate for patients in the observation group was 90.5%, while the one for patients in thecontrol group was 73.8%, with the statistical significance（ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion For patients with the coronary heart disease and angina pectoris, the treatmentof impediment-diffusing decoction based upon the routine western medicine will significantly improve the effect of the treatment.
