门诊女性STD患者感染EB病毒PCR检测结果分析

目的:了解泸州地区门诊女性STD患者生殖道感染EB病毒的现况。方法:采用聚合酶链反应(PCR)技术检测386例门诊女性STD患者生殖道EB病毒。结果:在386例患者中,有91例被检出感染了EB病毒,其阳性检出率为23.58%(91/386);其中单纯感染EB病毒者15例,在EB病毒感染者中阳性率为16.48%(15/91);混合感染者76例,阳性率为83.52%(76/91)。结论:女性STD患者对EB病毒具有易感性,用PCR技术进行检测具有简便、快捷、准确、特异性高的特点,检测的结果可作为诊断生殖道感染EB病毒的依据。

Detection and analysis of EB virus in the female STD patients with PCR from outpatient department in Luzhou area

Objective:To study the infection of EB virus in the female patients who suffered from sexually transmitted disease (STD) from outpatients in Luzhou.Methods:Polymerase chain reaction (PCR) was used to detect EB virus in the reproductive tract of the 386 female STD patients from outpatients.Results:In 386 examples of female STD patients, EB virus was found in 91 examples, the positive rate was 23.58% (91/386); Among the 91 examples, 15 examples were infected by EB virus only. The positive rate was 16.48% (15/91); 76 patients were infected by EB virus and other pathogens, the positive rate was 83.53% (76/91).Conclusion:The female STD patients in Luzhou area can be infected by EB virus easily. The technique of PCR is provided with merits of simplicity, rapidity, accuracy and strong specialty. Additionally the detection results can be used to diagnose EB virus in STD patients and to have worth for STD clinic.
