5347份进口水产品霍乱弧菌检测情况分析

[目的]通过对入境水产品的霍乱弧菌检测，了解国外水生动物遭受霍乱弧菌的污染情况，以便采取适度卫生措施，防止霍乱传播，严守国门。[方法]采用霍乱弧菌常规增菌分离培养法，对入境的水产品进行霍乱弧菌检测，并对结果进行统计分析。[结果]2005年1月～2006年12月检测来自13个国家的产品（鱼、虾、贝类）5347份，检出O1群小川型霍乱弧菌5株。[结论]霍乱弧菌可通过水产品的运输而传播，应继续加强对水产品的入、出境检测工作，防止霍乱弧菌通过水产品的运输在国际上传播而导致流行；同时，也应做好霍乱预防工作，确保我国国际旅行人员健康，保障正常国际交往和国际贸易。

Analysis on the Inspection of Vibrio Cholera in 5347 Subjects of Imported Aquatic Products

Objective To understand the conditions of Vibrio cholera in imported aquatic products, and to take the proper measures against the transmission of cholera. Methods Imported aquatic products were inspected by vibrio cholera rule increasing bacterium separating raising method and the data were analyzed. Results 5 strains of O1 Ogawa vibrio cholera were found in 5 347 subjects of 13 countries from January 2005 to December 2006. Conclusions The vibrio cholera can be transmitted by the imported and exported aquatic products. So the way of detections and the preventive vibrio cholera among the aquatic products must be strengthened to avoid the international prevalence.
