综合性医院住院病人医院感染情况分析

目的　探讨综合性医院住院病人医院感染的临床特点及易感因素,以及应采取的有效防治措施。方法　采取回顾性的调查方法,对我院13055例住院病人的临床资料进行分析。结果　发生医院感染 189 例,感染率为1 43%,例次感染为200例次,例次感染率为1 53%,其中以呼吸道感染最高,其次为胃肠道,泌尿道。结论　加强医院感染管理,积极治疗原发病,防止并发症,减少侵袭性操作,及时病原体检测,合理应用抗生素是降低医院感染的有效措施。

Analysis of nosocomial infection status in hospitalized patients

Objective To investigate the clinical feature of nosocomial infections in general hospital,based on which effective methods were taken.Methods To analyze the data came from 13055 hospitalized patients by retrospective analysis method.Results Among all patients 189 cases were infected prevalence rate was 1.43% case-prevalence rate was 1.53%,the main infected way is via respiratory tract,and followed by gastric intestinal tract and urinary tract.Conclusions Strengthening the nosocomial infection management,treating original disease actively,preventing complications,lessing invasive process, suprevising towards bacteria, and using antibiotics rationally are effective methods to reducing the rate of nosocomial infections.
