摘    要:目的 探讨心肌顿抑(MS)时局部组织一氧化氮(NO)含量的变化。方法 开胸阻断犬左前降体(LAD)15min,实验组分别再灌注NO合成前体L-精氨酸(L-Arg)、供体Sin-1、一氧化氮合酶(NOS)抑制剂L-NAME,通过将NO检测电极与左室前壁MS组织流出血液密切接触的直接测定法及用Greiss法检测冠状窦血样的间接测定法,观察MS组织NO含量的变化。结果 MS组织NO含量降低,再灌注L-A

Abstract:Objective To investigate the change of nitric oxide(NO) content in the stunned myocardial(MS) tissue.Methods Canine MS model was set up by blocking the left anterior descending branch(LAD) for 15min in thoracotomy,reperfused with NO precursor(L Arg),donor(Sin 1),and nitric oxide synthase (NOS) inhibitor(L NAME) in the experimental groups.The nitric oxide of the stunned myocardium in all groups were observed by the direct way of keeping the NO specific probe in close touch with the blood flown from the local tissue,and by the indirect way of Greiss's detecting of blood sample taken from coronary sinus.Results NO of local stunned myocardium was lowered,which can be increased while L Arg or Sin 1 was reperfused.Conclusion The inhibition of NO synthesis is involved in the pathogenesis of stunned myocardium,and NO therapy may be useful in the prevention and treatment of MS.
