| 摘 要： | 目的 进一步研究经皮穿刺颈椎间盘髓核摘除术（ＰＣＤ）治疗颈椎间盘突出症（ＣＤＰ）疗效的影响因素。方法 回顾分析ＰＣＤ治疗的ＣＤＰ患者１２例。观察疗效，论证ＰＣＤ机制。结果 穿刺成功率１００％，１１例优良，无并发症。结论 ＰＣＤ安全且对颈椎稳定性无影响。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the factors which affect the therapeutic efficacy of percutaneous cervical diskectomy(PCD) on cervical disc protrusion(CDP).Methods 12 cases with CDP treated by PCD were analyzed and reviewed.The mechanism of PCD were discussed.Results The successful rate was 100%.Good to excellent results were obtained in 11 cases,without significant complications.Conclusion PCD is safety.The stability of human cervical spine is not affected after PCD. |
